Eye Care Scheme
When a member of staff has requested and their line manager has approved the entitlement to an eyesight test, they will complete DSE Request Form and send to Accounting and Control Services.
This will entitle staff to a free eyesight test and corrective glasses if specifically required for DSE use to the value of £30.This requires authorisation by a manager as detailed in the Authorisation Framework –copy obtainable from Accounting & Financial Services.
