Here4U is a health and wellbeing initiative for Trust staff designed to help staff feel more valued by Belfast Trust and also give everyone the opportunity for exercise, relaxation and enjoyment.

The programme takes place 4 times per year for approximately 8 weeks: January, April, July and September. Registration opens approximately 4 weeks before the programme commences. The video below shows staff who have taken part in the programme and the benefits they have experienced from being part of it.
