‘Falls Awareness Week 2023’
Falls Awareness week commences on Monday 18th September, 2023 and we want to revisit our approach to keeping patients safe from falls while in hospital
To help staff get started, our campaign kit (available on the loop) will help educate patients and staff .
During ‘Falls Awareness Week’ there will be ‘fall related’ resources shared via ‘The Loop’
