ShedFest event for International Men’s Day 2025

Wednesday 19th November 10am – 2pm at 2 Royal Avenue, Belfast BT1 1DA
To mark International Men’s Day on Wednesday 19th November, the Belfast Men’s Health Group supported by Belfast Trust’s Health Improvement Team and Groundwork NI will host an event for Belfast based Men’s Sheds and men’s groups.
The event offers the opportunity for people to come together and find out what men’s sheds and men’s groups in Belfast can offer, building connections between groups from across the city. Attendees can access information and advice from over 20 organisations providing stands, live demonstrations including woodwork and first aid, one-to-one health checks, and much more.
Men’s health groups and individual men are welcome to come along on the day to find out what services and organisations they can avail of – hopefully lots of useful networking and connections will be made!
This will be a great chance for men’s groups to meet other groups, share knowledge and expertise that will help other groups develop and sustain themselves. Individual men who are interested in finding out about men’s sheds and men’s groups are also welcome to meet representatives of these groups and find out how to get involved.
