RESET – A Time for You!
Pop up event on Thursday 23rd October in the RVH Foyer from 11am to 2pm
Belfast Trust Health Improvement team and the Belfast Drug and Alcohol Connections Teams are proud to bring a pop up event promoting the RESET Campaign to RVH foyer on 23rd October. Staff and patients are welcome to drop in and find out more.
October is your month. A time to Reflect, Reset, and Refocus.
We’re inviting you to take a step back, think about your relationship with alcohol, and explore the positive impact that small changes can make—not just for your health, but also for those around you.
RESET is about giving yourself space. Space to reflect on how much you drink, space to reset your habits, and space to refocus on what truly matters to you—your wellbeing, your family, and your future.
We know that big New Year’s resolutions can sometimes feel overwhelming. That’s why October is the perfect chance to set smaller, more achievable goals that can become lasting, healthy habits.
🎙️ RESET Objectives
- Encourage everyone to consider reducing their alcohol intake—whether that’s cutting down each week, or even taking a full break.
- Support our communities to make informed choices about alcohol.
- Ensure people feel confident reaching out for help—whether for themselves or for someone they care about.
- Equip friends, families, and colleagues with advice to better support anyone who may be struggling.
