Discovering Resilience and Wellness Workshop
Thursday 09th May 10.00 am -12.15pm via Zoom
This online workshop invites participants to come together in a safe and comfortable space, and using the Discover You Wellbeing Model.
Content includes:
- Explore the topics of stress and trauma and invite discussion on how their impact may present differently from person to person
- Embrace the topics of resilience and wellness and recognise how developing these essential life skills can boost overall wellbeing and confidence
- Consider a range of easy-to-use techniques that can be used to help reset the nervous system bringing a sense of calm and balance to body, mind and spirit
To take part in this workshop you will need access to Zoom software, microphone and camera.
