· BHSCT Carer Support Service is celebrating Carers Week from Monday 8th June – Sunday 14th June 2026. This year the theme is ‘Building Carer Friendly Communities’. Please see attached poster for further details
· New on demand webinars for parents and carers from Autism NI available here
· Belfast Festival of Learning takes place between the 8th and 14th June – this is a free event and an opportunity to learn something new
· A Mindfulness session called ‘Breathing Space’ is available each Wednesday on MS Teams between 8.45 – 9am, delivered by Dr Ceara Clarke – Clinical Psychologist. To attend the session, click here
