Factors impacting users of the Belfast Health and Social Care Trust adopting more sustainable approaches to travel.
The majority of staff travel to/from their work base using their cars as the preferred mode of transport. The Belfast Trust wants to encourage staff to adopt more sustainable travel options for a healthier population and to ease congestion on some of the busier Trust sites. We are however mindful that staff have a number of commitments, inside and outside of work, that may impact sustainable travel choices.
This survey is to identify the factors impacting travel choices for staff travelling to Belfast Health and Social Care Trust sites. The information gathered from staff will be used so the Trust’s Travel Planning Team can work alongside key internal and external stakeholders to promote and encourage behaviour change in relation to travel choices.
