Winter Walking for Wellbeing

Winter Walking for Wellbeing

We know that there are many reasons why it can be difficult to get out and about in the winter. The Conservation Volunteers (TCV) want to provide a reason for you to come out and feel the benefits of walking in nature. This is open to all and will be a gentle walk suitable for most people. It will include elements of mindfulness in nature and nature noticing (we can stop and do some bird spotting!). Please wear winter appropriate clothing and footwear. After we have had our walk there will be a chance to socialise with others and find out about other TCV projects that you may be interested in being part of. If you are interested in coming along please email clem.farrington@tcv.org.uk Participants will be asked to complete a volunteer welfare form prior to coming on the walk.
