The Dementia UK Admiral Nurse clinics will be returning to Belfast Nationwide branch on the 6th, 7th and 8th of October- if you would be able to share with any of your connections it would be so appreciated.

A wide range of topics can be covered in appointments, from anyone concerned about their memory (pre diagnosis), family carers or people living with dementia who require information/advice/support on symptom management, discussing social care support / legal issues / finances right to end of life symptoms and grief. People may book to avail of emotional support, whether that is a person living with a dementia diagnosis or a carer who is caring for someone living with dementia. The appointment is tailored to what the person needs at that time.
Appointments are 45 minutes in length and there are 5 slots per day. You do not have to be a Nationwide customer to attend.
