OUR COMMITMENT TO SUSTAINABILITY
The catering department has been actively rolling out a number of sustainability initiatives to reduce waste and minimise our environmental impact:
- We have replaced single‑use plastics with sustainable alternatives such as paper, wood and metal.
- We are in the process of introducing new recycling stations to ensure all food waste is properly separated and collected for composting.
- Filtered, chilled water refill stations are being introduced across our restaurants to help cut down on plastic bottle waste.
- Our catering delivery vans are transitioning to biofuel or electric vehicles.
- We are working with our procurement teams to ensure as many of our food ingredients as possible are sourced locally, supporting freshness and helping to reduce our carbon footprint.
A MESSAGE FROM OUR PUBLIC HEALTH DIETITIANS
Did you know we eat about 60% of our meals during work hours? What we choose to eat at work matters. It fuels our energy, concentration and overall wellbeing. That’s why making healthier, balanced choices while on shift can have a real impact on how we feel both at work and at home.
