Blue Monday: Suicide Prevention and Mental Health Training Opportunities

Monday 15th January is “Blue Monday” – branded the most depressing day of the year; but there’s actually no evidence that this date is more challenging to our mental health than any other day.  In reality, anyone might experience mental health issues at any time of the year, but there are things we can do to help.

Learn Skills to improve your own Mental Health:

Living Life to the Full is a 6 week course (2 hours per week) with group sessions delivered online. It uses Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) techniques to help you learn simple practical skills to improve your mental health.  It can help you manage your feelings when you are stressed, worried, depressed, or struggling to cope with life’s challenges.

There are places available on a course staring in February with online weekly sessions from 7-9pm each week starting Monday 19th February 2024 to Monday 25th March 2024.

To register to attend please contact Al.Hasan@belfasttrust.hscni.net
