Caring Mindfully Workshop
Please see attached leaflet about an upcoming event at Carryduff Library on Wednesday 7 June @ 6.45pm.
Local artist Lauren Martin will be hosting an hour long workshop exploring artistic techniques, positive mental health habits and identity in being a carer.
The Caring Mindfully workshop is not targeted solely at professional carers, but is open to all.
