Learn strategies to manage stress, improve your emotional wellbeing and access support in the local area during this interactive online workshop.
The objectives of the Top Tips programme are to:• Increase participant’s ability to become more aware of their own stress levels and emotional wellbeing. • Develop confidence, skills and self-help strategies to promote and protect their own emotional wellbeing. • Increase awareness/knowledge of support organisations available to individuals within the community.
It is not a programme which addresses mental illness, however, it may support those experiencing mild to moderate mental health issues, or those in recovery from mental health issues, to implement strategies to improve their overall wellbeing.
