Monday 10th October marks World Mental Health Day and the regional Health and Social Care (HSC) mental health and emotional wellbeing campaign is underway with the theme of ‘Creating Hope Through Action’.
There are several ways you can get involved in the campaign:
- Download the pack to help you organise a ‘Coffee and Connect’ event at work or in your community.
- Take action and improve your knowledge and skills by attending a free mental health and suicide prevention training course. Click here to view the Regional Training Guide for details.
- Contribute to the ‘Songs for Hope Playlist’ by sharing the song that inspires you to feel hopeful. The list of songs will be added over the next five weeks and can be viewed on the Minding Your Head You can email your song choice to SongsForHope@hscni.net.
