This ‘Lunchtime Bike Bites’ session is part of a new 30 minute series aimed to help encourage more BHSCT staff to cycle as part of everyday journeys delivered by Sustrans Leading the Way with Active Travel programme, Belfast.
Sustrans Active Travel Officer will share advice on what essential items should be carried on your journey. Demonstration only, no previous experience needed, just bring yourself & lunch.
